我是罗广明（Guangming Luo），微服务架构师与布道师，致力于微服务构架、治理以及云原生相关的研究、开发与商业化落地，开源项目爱好者，对于开源项目治理、社区运营、技术品牌建设有一定的理解和实践经验。荣获中国信通院评选的 2022 年 OSCAR 尖峰开源人物、2022 中国开源先锋 33 人之心尖上的开源人物。

CloudWeGo Maintainer & Community Manager，负责 CloudWeGo 开源项目的孵化和合规、开源治理、技术布道、技术品牌等事宜，从 0 到 1 主导和见证了项目发展壮大的过程。
前百度技术专家，曾负责云原生微服务应用平台微服务治理相关产品功能研发，曾参与云原生微服务方向开源项目发展、内部技术布道，负责百度云原生技术媒体矩阵内容输出与建设。
主要技术领域：Spring Boot & Spring Cloud，Service Mesh / 服务网格，RPC & 微服务框架，微服务拆分与架构，可观测性等。

About Me
Guangming Luo is a microservices architect and evangelist, dedicated to the research, development, and commercialization of microservices architecture, governance, and cloud-native technologies.
He is an open-source project enthusiast with a certain understanding and practical experience in open-source project governance, community operations, and technology brand building. I have been awarded the 2022 OSCAR Peak Open Source Person and the 2022 Chinese Open Source Pioneer by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology.
Co-founder of the Cloud Native Community.
Maintainer & Community Manager of CloudWeGo, responsible for the incubation and compliance, open-source governance, technology evangelism, and technology branding of the CloudWeGo open-source project. I led and witnessed the growth of the project from scratch.
Former Baidu technical expert, responsible for the research and development of microservices governance-related product functions for the Cloud Native Microservices Application Platform, participated in the development of open-source projects in the cloud-native microservices direction, and conducted internal technology evangelism. I was also responsible for the content output and construction of Baidu’s cloud-native technology media matrix. Main technical areas: Spring Boot & Spring Cloud, Service Mesh/Services Mesh, RPC & Microservices Framework, Microservices Split and Architecture, Observability, etc.
